STORE POLICIES FOR RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS:
- We offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items that were received defective or damaged, and in cases where the wrong item was sent due to human error.
- If an item is missing from your order, it’s important that you keep the shipping label that you received with the delivery packaging, as we need a photograph of this to process your exchange or refund.
- For orders containing more than one item, the items may be sent in separate parcels. This does not mean that items are missing from your order. Please check your email notifications for each shipment and its tracking number, or contact us for assistance.
- Return, exchange, or refund requests are possible within 7 days of your order reaching your delivery address. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned with original tags attached. Items must be returned in a clean, undamaged, unused, and saleable condition.
- Please contact us to request a return, exchange, or refund before you put a return parcel in the mail. If your request is valid, we will provide you with the return address for your item.
- You may contact us to cancel your order provided it has not yet been shipped. Cancellation is not possible if an order has already been shipped out.
