STORE POLICIES FOR RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS:
- We offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items that were received defective or damaged, and in cases where the wrong item was sent due to human error. In such cases, we will bear the cost of return shipping charges.
- Returns, exchanges, or refunds are also possible if you selected an incorrect size or if you change your mind. In such cases, you may be responsible for bearing the cost of return shipping charges.
- If an item is missing from your order, it’s important that you keep the shipping label that you received with the delivery packaging, as we need a photograph of this to process your exchange or refund.
- For orders containing more than one item, the items may be sent in separate parcels. This does not mean that items are missing from your order. Please check your email notifications for each shipment and its tracking number, or contact us for assistance.
- Return, exchange, or refund requests are possible within 14 days of your order reaching your delivery address.
- Items must be returned with original tags attached. Items must be returned in a clean, undamaged, unused, and saleable condition.
- Please contact us to request a return, exchange, or refund before you put a return parcel in the mail. If your request is valid, we will provide you with a return shipping label or a shipping address to which you may post your item.
- You may contact us to cancel your order provided it has not yet been shipped. Cancellation is not possible if an order has already been shipped out.
