We want you to be happy with your order and with us. If you would like to request a return, exchange, or cancellation, please contact us at support@pocketauthority.com and we’ll do our best to help you.
STORE POLICIES FOR RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS:
- You can contact us to request a return or exchange within 14 days of your order reaching your delivery address. We do not accept return or exchange requests after 14 days have passed from the date of delivery.
- You are responsible for bearing the cost of return shipping charges. Be aware that our products are shipped from China, and that any products you wish to return must be shipped back to China at your own expense.
- Products must be returned with any and all original tags attached in a clean, undamaged, unused, and saleable condition.
- If you received a defective or damaged product, or if the wrong product was sent due to human error, we will refund the cost of the product, or send you a replacement product if you prefer.
- If a product is missing from your order, it’s important that you keep the shipping label that you received with the delivery packaging, as we need a photograph of this to process a refund or send a replacement product.
- Please contact us to request a return or exchange before you put a return parcel in the mail, so we can provide you with a valid return shipping address.
- You may contact us to cancel your order provided it has not yet been shipped. Cancellation is not possible if an order has already been shipped out, but you will be able to return it once it has been delivered.
