STORE POLICIES FOR ORDER SHIPPING:
- We offer free shipping for all orders with no minimum spend required. We deliver to the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, and Australia.
- We guarantee a full refund if your order is not received. If your parcel gets lost in transit or is not delivered within 75 calendar days of being shipped, we will provide you with a full refund, or resend your order if you prefer.
- Estimated shipping time to the United States is between 14-18 business days.
- Estimated shipping time to the United Kingdom and Australia is between 16-20 business days.
- Orders can take an additional 1-5 business days of processing time prior to being shipped.
- Shipments are sent out on weekdays only.
- All items are shipped directly from our warehouses in China. Shipments are sent via international routes to the destination country. The final leg of delivery will be handled by local postal carriers. In most cases this will be the national carrier, e.g. USPS in the United States, Royal Mail in the United Kingdom, and Auspost in Australia.
- For orders containing more than one item, the items may be sent in separate parcels. This does not mean that items are missing from your order. Please check your email notifications for each shipment and its tracking number, or contact us for assistance.
- You will be provided with a tracking number for each of your parcels. Please note that the tracking information may take 5-10 days after dispatch to reflect in the tracking system. Please refer to this page to track your order.
- Delivery times stated on this website are intended as estimates. No postal carrier is infallible and sometimes deliveries take longer than a carrier’s stated timeframes. There may be also be unexpected delays due to circumstances outside our control, e.g. customs clearance, bad weather, busy holiday periods, or incorrect/insufficient delivery information.
- Please be patient. If you’d like us to look into a shipment that’s taking longer than expected, please send us a message at email@example.com and we will be happy to help you out.
- We do not take responsibility for non-delivery of items if the shipping address provided by you is incorrect.
