STORE POLICIES FOR ORDER SHIPPING:
- We offer free international* shipping for all orders with no minimum spend required.
- We guarantee a full refund if your item is not received. If for whatever reason your parcel gets lost in transit, we will gladly return 100% of your payment, or you may choose to have the item or items resent to you.
- Due to the current situation with Covid-19 impacting international shipping, delivery times to destination countries may take longer than usual. Updated estimates are (shown in bold) below.
- Estimated shipping time to the United States and Australia is usually between 12-20 (55-65) business days.
- Estimated shipping time to the United Kingdom and Ireland is usually between 20-30 (30-40) business days.
- Estimated shipping time to New Zealand is usually between 14-25 (20-30) business days.
- If your order is not delivered within 90 calendar days of being sent out, we will provide you with a full refund, or if you prefer, resend the item or items in your order.
- Orders can take an additional 1-5 business days of processing time prior to being shipped.
- Shipments are sent out on weekdays only.
- All items are shipped directly from our warehouses in China via China Post. Shipments are sent via international routes to the destination country. The final leg of delivery will be handled by local postal carriers. In most cases this will be the national carrier, e.g. USPS in the United States, Royal Mail in the United Kingdom, and Auspost in Australia.
- You will be provided with a tracking number for each of your parcels. Please note that the tracking information may take 5-10 days after dispatch to reflect in the tracking system. Please refer to this page to track your order.
- Delivery times stated on this website are intended as estimates. No postal carrier is infallible and sometimes deliveries take longer than a carrier’s stated timeframes. There may be also be unexpected delays due to circumstances outside our control, e.g. customs clearance, bad weather, busy holiday periods, or incorrect/insufficient delivery information.
- Please be patient. If you’d like us to look into a shipment that’s taking longer than expected, please send us a message at email@example.com and we will be happy to help you out.
- We do not take responsibility for non-delivery of items if the shipping address provided by you is incorrect.
