You will receive an automatic email notification when your items are shipped out, which will contain your delivery tracking number. Please note this is a different email from the order confirmation email received immediately after placing your order.
Tracking information can take 5 to 10 working days after your parcel was shipped before it reflects in the system. So there’s no need to worry if your number doesn’t bring up any information before 10 working days have passed.
If you have not received a tracking number email after 5 working days of placing your order, or if you’re having any trouble tracking your order (or with anything else), please shoot us an email at support@pocketauthority.com and we’ll solve it. :)
